Often there are appointments available on the day you call, or the following session. During busy periods this may not be possible, Sue will offer you the next available appointment and will contact you if an earlier cancellation arises.
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. Shorts are always useful if you have a lower limb problem. Please be aware that in order for a full assessment to take place you may be asked to remove clothing.
Please bring any relevant medical information you have. Any previous scans, Xrays, letters or investigations are always helpful. If you intend reclaiming your fees from your Private Insurance company please bring your policy details with you and your treatment authorisation number.
Yes, there is a car park at Shere Surgery and in Godalming there is plenty of space to park on Woodmancourt (please take care not to obstruct any other driveways).

There is no charge if appointments are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. If however, you miss an appointment, or cancel/change an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you are liable for the cost of the treatment session.
Sue is often busy treating patients and cannot answer your call straight away, but will return your call as soon as possible.

Yes, feedback is always welcome, both positive and negative. There is a confidential questionnaire available for your comments.
No, all of Sue’s sessions are on a Private basis.
